These terms include important information on booking processes, payment conditions, cancellation and modification procedures, your relationships with service providers, and the responsibilities of Anitransfer.com. Anitransfer.com is a platform that enables you to reserve transfer services and acts solely as an intermediary in the provision of these services. Professional transportation providers who carry out the transfer service are the operators of the transfer process, and Anitransfer.com is not directly responsible for the provision of the service.

 

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The Terms of Service in effect at the time of each booking you make on Anitransfer.com will be applicable. Therefore, it is important to regularly check this page before making a reservation to consider any changes in the terms. In case of any dispute or disagreement regarding these terms, the current terms will be evaluated.

 

Any reservation made on Anitransfer.com constitutes a legally binding contract between the customer and Anitransfer.com. This contract clarifies the operation and obligations of the platform with the customer. By continuing to use our platform, you confirm that you have accepted all these conditions.

Some terms used in these Terms of Service have the following meanings:

 

  • "Company", "we", "us", "our": Refers to the party operating the Anitransfer.com platform.
  • "Customer": The person making the transfer reservation.
  • "Passengers": All individuals named in the reservation.
  • "Lead Passenger": The first person named in the reservation and the person responsible for the booking.
  • "You" and "your": Refers to all passengers named in the reservation.
  • "Transport Operator": The professional transportation service provider executing the transfer service.
  • "Booking": The transaction made for transfer service through Anitransfer.com.
  • "Transfer Service": The service provided for the transportation of customers by road.
  • "Transfer Voucher": The written document sent via email indicating that the reservation has been confirmed.
  • "Contract": Refers to all the terms and conditions applicable together with these Terms of Service and the Booking.

Scope of Anitransfer.com's service

Anitransfer.com is an intermediary platform that allows customers to make online reservations for transfer services. Customers book transfers through the website by entering departure and arrival points, date, and time to specify their requests. The platform forwards these requests to contracted professional transport operators, facilitating the provision of the transfer service.

Anitransfer.com is responsible only for processing the booking and forwarding the transfer service to the provider. The site does not execute the transfer service directly and is not responsible for the details of the services provided by the transport operator. Any delays, vehicle-related issues, or other operational disruptions during the transfer are the responsibility of the transport operator.

To ensure the quality of services, the platform carefully selects transport operators and provides accurate information to users. However, it has no direct control over the operators' performance. Since Anitransfer.com only provides intermediary services, it cannot be held directly responsible for any issues that may arise during the transfer process. It is obliged to forward customer complaints and feedback to the relevant operators.

Booking steps

Making a transfer reservation through the Anitransfer.com platform is a quick and simple process. The booking steps allow users to securely reserve the transfer service by entering their travel information. Here are the important points to consider during the booking process:

 

  • Booking Confirmation: After the customer completes the transfer reservation, the transfer confirmation is sent as a Transfer Voucher via email. This voucher must be presented to the driver on the day the transfer service is to take place. The lead passenger is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during booking and for having the Transfer Voucher available during the journey. Failure to present the voucher during the transfer service may result in cancellation of the service.

 

  • Legal Binding: With the Transfer Voucher being sent to the customer, a legal binding regarding the booking transaction is formed. Anitransfer.com is not responsible for the execution of the service after forwarding the reservation. The service is provided in accordance with the conditions determined by the transport operator. Anitransfer.com cannot be held responsible if the service cannot be provided without the Transfer Voucher.

 

  • Accuracy of Booking Information: The accuracy of all information entered during booking (such as departure location, arrival location, number of passengers, date, and time) is the responsibility of the customer. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, the service may not be provided, or additional fees may be requested. Any incorrect information in the booking may result in cancellation of the service or rejection of a change request.

 

These steps ensure that users complete the booking process smoothly and that the transfer service takes place properly. Anitransfer.com informs users to provide accurate information for a seamless booking process.

Pricing and payment terms

Only cash payments are accepted on Anitransfer.com. Users must make direct cash payments to the service provider during the transfer after completing the booking process. Anitransfer.com does not mediate or take responsibility for arranging or processing payments. If payment is not made before the start of the transfer service, the service may not be provided.

 

Prices: The prices indicated during booking are in Euros (EUR). Users can convert prices into different currencies using the currency converter available on the website. However, this conversion is based on daily exchange rates, and minor differences may arise due to rounding. Anitransfer.com cannot guarantee the accuracy of conversion results due to fluctuations in exchange rates. It should be noted that prices are fixed in Euros at the time of payment, and conversions into other currencies are for informational purposes only.

Modification and cancellation procedures

Cancellation by the Customer

 

Customers can cancel their reservations up to 48 hours before the transfer date. Full refunds are provided for cancellations made within this period. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email only. No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the transfer.

 

Modification by the Customer

 

If customers wish to make changes to their reservations, they must submit these requests at least 48 hours in advance. Change requests can only be made via email and must be approved by the Transport Operator. The first change is free of charge, but additional changes may incur extra fees. Change requests made less than 48 hours before the transfer may not be processed.

 

Changes and Cancellations by the Company

 

If Anitransfer.com or the Transport Operator needs to make a significant change to the reservation or cancel the transfer service, the customer will be notified immediately. The Transport Operator will try to accommodate vehicle preferences but may provide a vehicle with higher capacity if necessary. In this case, no additional fees will be charged to the customer.

 

In rare instances, the reservation may need to be completely canceled. In such cases, the customer receives a full refund, but Anitransfer.com holds no further responsibility. We will do our best to provide alternative services but cannot guarantee it.

Urgent booking procedures

Bookings must be made within a specific time frame. Reservations can be made up to 6-10 hours before the start of the transfer service. However, this period may vary for certain routes and times. If booking needs to be made within a shorter time frame than specified, customers must contact Anitransfer.com via email or phone. After confirming the availability of the Transport Operator, the reservation will be confirmed. Cancellation or change requests for last-minute bookings may not be processed.

Child seats

Local and national laws may mandate the use of appropriate seats for children. In private transfer reservations, it may be possible to request a baby or child seat for children. However, these requests must be made during booking.

 

The lead passenger must ensure that child seats are used and installed correctly. Anitransfer.com is not responsible for the incorrect use or installation of child seats.

 

If the customer wishes to bring their own child seat, this information must be communicated to Anitransfer.com in advance. In group transfers, child seats are generally not available, as they may not be compatible with larger vehicles like minibuses or buses.

Pricing for children

All children and infants, regardless of age, must be included in the total number of passengers in the reservation. If the vehicle's capacity is exceeded, an additional vehicle may need to be provided. However, this is limited to the availability of the transport operator's vehicles, and if an additional vehicle can be provided, an extra fee will be charged.

 

Charges for infants and children are calculated based on full capacity, just like adults. No discounted rates are applied for different age groups. The necessity of child seats and requesting these seats during booking is important. If a child seat is to be used, this request must be made in advance; otherwise, the service may not be provided.

 

The safety of children is always a priority. Transport operators are obliged to ensure the use of appropriate seats for infants and children as required by local and national laws.

Services for disabled passengers

Transfer services for disabled passengers can be provided, provided that it is specified in advance. While Anitransfer.com is not specialized in providing special transfers for disabled passengers, it will strive to accommodate all requests. Passengers using wheelchairs must be able to board the vehicle independently or with the assistance of companions. Only foldable wheelchairs are accepted.

 

If a specific type of vehicle is required, this request must be made during booking. Anitransfer.com makes efforts to fulfill all requests but does not guarantee that special requests will be met.

Carrying capacity and luggage rules

During transfer services, the amount of luggage each passenger can carry is limited. Standard luggage allowances are usually restricted to one large suitcase (maximum total dimensions of 158 cm) and one hand luggage per passenger. If these luggage allowances are exceeded, additional luggage must be declared in advance.

 

If extra luggage needs to be transported, the transport operator may charge an additional fee, and an extra vehicle may be required. Additionally, for large sports equipment (e.g., skis, bicycles) or special equipment, it must be checked in advance whether there is sufficient space in the vehicle. Otherwise, there is a risk that these items may not be transported.

 

Luggage is the responsibility of passengers against the risk of loss or damage during transport. Anitransfer.com is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur regarding luggage. Passengers are advised to label their luggage correctly and be cautious to ensure safe transportation.

Additional stop requests

Users can request an additional stop outside the main arrival point when making a reservation. This stop must be in close proximity to the main arrival point. However, additional stop requests can only be fulfilled with the approval of the Transport Operator and are entirely at the operator's discretion. The Transport Operator has the right to refuse an additional stop request, and this does not bind Anitransfer.com.

 

Additional stop requests must be made during booking, and the duration at the extra stop should not exceed 5 minutes. For additional stop requests exceeding this duration, the Transport Operator may charge extra fees or refuse the request.

Responsibilities of Anitransfer.com

Anitransfer.com is solely an intermediary that facilitates transfer bookings and is not directly responsible for the transfer itself. Since the transfer service is provided by the Transport Operator, Anitransfer.com cannot be held responsible for any accidents, delays, damages, or cancellations that may occur during the transfer.

 

Anitransfer.com is not liable for any illness, injury, death, or material damage unless it results directly from its own negligence. By accepting these Terms of Service, users acknowledge the responsibilities of the services provided by the platform.

User obligations

Users accept the following obligations when using the Anitransfer.com platform:

 

  • Providing Accurate Information: Users are responsible for entering all information accurately and completely during booking, such as departure location, arrival location, date, time, and number of passengers. Anitransfer.com does not accept responsibility if misleading or incorrect information results in the transfer service not being provided.

 

  • Legal Use: Users must use the platform solely for legal purposes. Using the platform for illegal activities is prohibited, and in such cases, Anitransfer.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel the user account.

 

  • Travel Documents: Users are responsible for providing all necessary documents for their travel (passport, visa, ID, etc.). Anitransfer.com cannot be held responsible if the transfer cannot be provided due to the lack of these documents.

 

  • Timely Arrival: Users must be ready at the specified departure point at the time indicated in the reservation. Failure to be ready on time may result in the cancellation of the transfer service, and no refund will be given.

User rules and acceptance conditions

Users must comply with certain rules when using the Anitransfer.com platform and transfer services. These rules aim to ensure that the service is provided smoothly and to maintain the safety of other passengers.

 

  • Alcohol and Drug Use: Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs are prohibited from receiving the service during the transfer. In such cases, the transport operator has the right to cancel the service, and no refund will be provided.

 

  • Behavioral Rules: Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers, other passengers, and their surroundings. Inappropriate behavior may result in the cancellation of the transfer service. Disrespectful, threatening, or dangerous behavior towards the driver or other passengers is unacceptable.

 

  • Smoking and Consumption: Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited. Additionally, care must be taken regarding the cleanliness of the vehicle during the consumption of food and beverages. If actions are taken that damage the cleanliness of the vehicle, cleaning costs will be charged to the user.

Copyright and ownership rights

All content, images, texts, software, and other materials on the Anitransfer.com platform are owned by or licensed to Anitransfer.com. This content cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the permission of Anitransfer.com.

 

Users have the right to use the content on the platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use of the content constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action. Additionally, altering, deleting, or commercially using the content on the platform is prohibited.

 

Anitransfer.com reserves all rights over the platform and has the right to pursue legal action against intellectual property infringements. By using the platform, users are deemed to accept these rules.

Feedback and complaints

If you are not satisfied with the service you received, you must immediately report this to Anitransfer.com's customer service. It is important to notify at the time the incident occurs to ensure complaints are evaluated as quickly as possible.
